About

My name is Tara Mantra, and I’m a Creative Presence Coach. I’ve spent a significant amount of my life trying to figure out what’s wrong with me and what to do with it, only to realise - to be different isn’t a flaw; it's just how I’m built, just like many other neurodivergents are.

Being unable to fit in is actually a blessing, since every positive change in the world has begun with experimenting in order to find new pathways. I’ve built North and Silence for other ND-s to encourage them to explore themselves and claim the life they truly love and deserve.

I’m living in Estonia, a tiny, snowy country in Northern Europe. I like being outside in nature - my favourites are pine forests and sandy beaches. I’m a mother to four ND kids- my oldest is 24, and the youngest is 4; and I’m a partner to a highly creative and restless soul.

My professional background is in music and education, but I’m also keen on writing and other forms of creativity, including home building, digital design, entrepreneurship, simple play, etc. As a coach, my mission is to help people embrace creative presence as their natural state of being.
